At night, CHRISTINA O served as the stage for Onassis’ celebrated social life, as he played host to Presidents and Prime Ministers, royalty and film stars. The vessel’s fame owes itself to names such as Maria Callas, John Paul Getty, Elizabeth Taylor, Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, Rudolf Nureyev, John Wayne, and Greta Garbo amongst others. John F Kennedy and Sir Winston Churchill first met as guests of Aristotle Onassis onboard Christina O and two of the century’s most celebrated wedding receptions were held there : those of Prince Rainier to Princess Grace, and Onassis to Jackie Kennedy.Perhaps the most written about ship available to charter, CHRISTINA O is something very special indeed. Splendour, elegance are immediately obvious as you step aboard this luxury motor yacht. The superlatives are as numerous as the stars that have sailed on her. She offers a unique opportunity for those wishing to cruise in absolute style and comfort. With huge deck spaces, an original mosaic tiled swimming pool and jacuzzi. Three public lounges. Gym. The vessel has been totally refurbished but still retains a fantastic sense of comfort and opulence with many photographs and original items from her early days when her guests and cruising were regularly reported in the international news. Despite the above, she is totally up to date. CHRISTINA O has guest facilities which one would expect in any five star hotel today. Moreover, following her refit she is one of the very few ex-private yachts that is now legally capable of international cruising with up to 36 guests. Corporate incentives, wedding anniversaries, special birthdays, or just to cruise and relax – all are within her capabilities. Seventeen ensuite cabins, 14 of which can be either double or twin bedded configuration, make up the two sleeping areas. These are connected by the most glamorous marble-railed spiral atrium staircase covering three decks off which are the dining room and public room areas. The aft swimming pool deck has awning covered dining areas, as does the boat deck bar area. Her huge interior dining area is most impressive and ideal for more formal occasions.
Luxurious motor yacht CHRISTINA O may be one of the well know classic motor yachts however she does have a range of modern amenities in including a 2 passenger Hacker Yamaha Prestige varnished launches carrying 6-8 & 8-10 guests, two 60-man watercraft lifeboats, two RIBS for waterskiing and passenger transportation, 6-8 guests, three 2-man waveriders, two windsurfers, various snorkeling equipment and two Ringos and a 6-man banana. CHRISTINA O has fabulous areas for entertaining, including a sumptuous dining room capable of seating up to 40 guests. Her exterior amenities include the famous swimming pool which converts to a dance floor, a large Jacuzzi and extensive sunbathing decks.
